Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging.

- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@black-alpha-group.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Opened or partially consumed bottles

- Gift cards

- Sale or promotional items

- Custom-labelled or personalised bottles

- Items damaged after delivery

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@black-alpha-group.com if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. We will work with our fulfilment partner to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your order qualifies for a return, you may place a new order separately once your refund is processed.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

- You must contact us before sending the item back

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment partner, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
