Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Black Alpha Irish Whiskey, we offer two types of purchases through our online store:
- Standard purchase (available now)
- Pre-order (delivered at a later date)
We do not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy services.
Standard Purchase
Our Dara and Dara 16 Irish Whiskey editions are available to purchase as a standard order. When you buy this product, you will be charged in full at checkout and your order will be dispatched within 2–4 business days via our fulfilment partner.
Pre-orders
Products marked as pre-order are secured via a deposit. The remaining balance will be charged prior to dispatch. Orders are only confirmed and completed once full payment has been received and the order is prepared for fulfilment.
Cancelling an Order
Standard purchases: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once fulfilled, please refer to our Returns Policy to request a return.
Pre-orders:
- Customers may cancel their pre-order prior to final payment for a full refund of their deposit by contacting us at: info@black-alpha-group.com
- Once full payment has been taken and the order is prepared for dispatch, standard returns terms apply.
Refunds for Pre-Orders
If there is a significant delay in delivery or if the product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and offer a full refund or the option to keep your place in the queue.
